Equipment

  • 1 Old Fashioned/Rocks Glass

Ingredients

  • 3 oz Los Magos Sotol
  • 1.5 oz Lychee Cocktail Caviar
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
  • 3-4 dashes Orange Bitters
  • 1-2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Instructions

  • Add the Sotol, Simple Syrup, and Bitters to glass. Stir.
  • (Note: this cocktail is great both neat and on the rocks.)
  • Add the Lychee Cocktail Caviar.
  • Enjoy!
