Our shells are made from seaweed extract. Don’t worry – that doesn’t mean they taste like the ocean. They’re tasteless, easily digested, and completely safe (FDA and TTB approved).
While shaking these ingredients with other components of your cocktail may damage or pop the pearls, stir in a few scoops after you’ve shaken for a beverage sure to get your guests talking.
